Welcome to Vaiyari Travels. By booking a trip or registering for any of our travel services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
To confirm your participation in any trip, a registration amount must be paid. Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and submission of required details via the provided form.
The registration amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation by the traveler.
The remaining balance amount must be paid within the timeline communicated by Vaiyari Travels. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking without refund of the registration amount.
If a traveler cancels their trip:
Vaiyari Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Our packages are primarily land-based (Delhi to Delhi), including accommodation, local transport, and itinerary services. Flights or train bookings, if arranged, are subject to third-party policies and charges.
Vaiyari Travels acts as an organizer and coordinator. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party service providers.
