Vaiyari Travels
1. Booking & Payments
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 5–7 days prior to departure.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Services are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Booking Token Amount
- A token amount may be accepted to block services temporarily.
- Token amount is non-refundable and valid for a limited time only.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
2. Pricing & Validity
- Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.
- Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or supplier costs will be applicable.
- Prices are valid only for the specified dates and number of travelers.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
- Only services mentioned in the itinerary are included.
- Personal expenses, entry tickets, activities, and meals not mentioned are excluded.
4. Hotel & Transport
- Standard check-in: 12 PM – 2 PM
- Standard check-out: 10 AM – 11 AM
- Transport will be provided as per itinerary only.
- AC may not operate in hilly areas or during stoppages.
5. Travel Documents
- Valid government ID is mandatory.
- Passport (6 months validity) and visa required for international travel.
- Traveler is responsible for document accuracy.
6. Amendments & Changes
- Changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Major changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
7. Cancellation Policy
Domestic Packages:

8. Non-Refundable Components
- Booking token amount
- Flight tickets (as per airline policy)
- Visa fees
- Non-refundable hotel bookings
- Peak season and special event bookings
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Bank charges and payment gateway fees will be deducted.
10. Force Majeure
- Not liable for delays due to natural disasters, weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Additional costs must be borne by the traveler.
11. Liability
- Acts as a facilitator between traveler and service providers.
- Not responsible for injury, loss, or delays.
- Liability limited to total package cost paid.
12. Important Notes
- No refund for no-shows or unused services.
- Early check-out treated as full usage.
- Alternate arrangements may be provided if required.
- Misconduct may lead to termination without refund.
